Refund policy

Returns are accepted for the following reason:

1.  A refund will be given for failing to properly work.  Proof of failing to work properly can be submitted as a picture to                   info@natural-aura.com and a refund will be reimbursed on the payment method used for the purchase.

2.  A refund will be given if the product is damaged in transit.  Proof of damage can be submitted as a picture to                             info@natural-aura.com and a refund will be reimbursed on the payment method used for the purchase.

3.  For all other returns for refund, please contact us at info@natural-aura.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
